Organizational Change Manager with S/4 HANA

Title: Organizational Change Management- SAP S/4 HANA

Location: Atlanta, GA – FULLY REMOTE

Terms: Multi-year Contract


The Opportunity:

Our highly respected client in the Atlanta area is currently seeking an Organizational Change Management Analyst to join their highly dynamic team on a multi-year contract basis! The ideal OCM Analyst will have the ability to lead OCM efforts within the project – from design through deployment. This role will be responsible for SAP S/4 HANA projects so experience within this area is required.


If you can adapt quickly to new processes and requirements, can handle multiple conflicting priorities and are proficient in standard OCM methodologies, tools and processes; we want to talk to you!


How will you make an impact?

  • Provide Organizational Change Management support for technical SAP S/4 HANA projects.
  • Responsible for OCM within multiple projects, depending on the change impact level
  • Integrate behavioral change management techniques, methodologies and tools into the project lifecycle
  • Lead OCM inclusion and delivery within the IT project, managing design, production, and delivery of items including Benefits Statement, Stakeholder Analysis & Engagement, Change Strategy/Plan, Communication Plan/Product, Change Impact Analyst, Gap Analysis, Training Plan, Production, Presentation and Strategy/Tools to sustain the change
  • Set KPIs for OCM
  • Design and produce training materials
  • Set Stakeholder engagement strategy
  • Manage the design, development and delivery of communications with the project team and business stakeholders


What We Look For:

  • Senior level OCM experience with SAP specific project experience. (S/4 HANA required)
  • Experience applying OCM within the IT space
  • Microsoft O365 experience including TEAMS and SharePoint
  • Captivate or other digital training software preferred (Camtasia)
  • ACMP/PROSCI training/certification preferred
